Just a short stroll away from a narrow street, walkable. Few city center attractions just a short stroll away from the place. I had a warm welcome from the owner. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free.

Fantastic location, VERY PLEASANT host, nice and nice room, everything you need. Thank you for lovely communication. I was delighted about quick check-in. Inner courtyard view was great. Could use nice bathroom. Nice garden was available.

We appreciated our stay here, comfortable experience. Most importantly the staff were accommodating. Really comfy beds & very tranquil location. We had a few drinks at sorsi & bocconi, located walking distance from the venue, before going to sleep...

perfect base for traveling to bologna and sightseeing. the place had a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a dining area and ironing facilities. got private bathroom with a tub. we could see courtyard from the window. helpful host, excellent location.

Fab location, thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. The host helped me a lot. The bed was comfy ; perfect night's sleep. Excellent stay, the bathroom with bathtubs was a bonus. It was located in a very safe area and so close to everything. There was a terrific restaurant just a walk down to the apartment.
